Privacy Policy

Depending on the feature you use, UXCheckAI may receive:

• Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• The public URL or URLs you submit for a Snapshot or Full UX Audit, plus optional journey or core-flow context.
• The email address requested for delivery of a completed report.
• Your required consent to the submitted-page review.

The server fetches and captures the public pages you submit and extracts bounded page evidence. The existing evaluator may use AI-assisted analysis to help generate findings. UXCheckAI stores report and capture records such as URLs, page data, findings, audit type, core-flow text, recipient email, status, and timestamps.

Reports are reviewed by an operator. Only published reports are returned by the public report flow, and a published report may include a PDF download.

A new request can send a notification to the configured UXCheckAI company inbox. When a report is published, the app can email a report link to the recipient address submitted with the request.

Paid audits hand off to a hosted checkout flow. The app verifies the checkout return; it does not present an in-app card-entry form.

Signed-in accounts use email verification and a session cookie. When deploy analytics is enabled, a visitor ID is stored in your browser's localStorage and a page-load beacon is sent. The repository shows no separate advertising-cookie feature or cookie-consent banner.
